摘　　要：介绍了巢湖市控制性详细规划的编制与城市土地国有使用权的出让情况,就如何利用控制性详细规划指导城市土地出让做了详细论述,以达到制定合理的土地出让计划保障控规得以实施的目的。It introduces the inventory of controlled detailed planning of Chaohu province and the condition of leasing urban land＇s state using right, and discusses urban land leasing guided by controlled detailed planning, in order to work out rational land leasing plan and to ensure the implement of controlled planning.
