摘　　要：分析了我国建筑节能技术的现状，介绍了发展建筑节能的途径，阐述了发展建筑节能的几项保障措施，探讨了节能、环保建筑材料的应用情况，确保经济建设持续稳定发展。The following paper analyzes the existing condition of building energy saving technique in our country, introduces its developing method, illustrates several safeguards for it, and discusses the application condition of energy-saving and environment-protection building materials to ensure continuous and steady economic development.
