摘　　要：“名刊”“名栏”工程在中国高校学报史上是一个新生事物,是教育部为发展繁荣哲学社会科学、加强高校学报建设而制定的重大举措。要创建“名刊”、“名栏”,必须树立品牌意识,形成品牌效应;根据自身资源优势准确定位;强化编辑的精品意识。The project of being prestigious journal and column are new things in the construction of college journal in China. It is an important measure to prosper college journal. To be prestigious journal and column, we should foster prestigious journal consciousness, amplify journal advantages and strengthen editor＇s top quality consciousness.
