摘  要:目的探讨胚胎大鼠肺组织内c-Fos和巢蛋白的表达及宫内缺氧对其表达的影响。方法将孕15d孕鼠采用低张性缺氧模型致鼠胚宫内缺氧,鼠胚肺组织经c-Fos和巢蛋白免疫组化双标染色后,进行观察分析。结果对照组肺组织c-Fos有弱表达,肺内支气管上皮有较强的巢蛋白表达;缺氧组肺组织c-Fos表达增强(P<0.05),肺内支气管上皮巢蛋白表达明显增强(P<0.05),且肺内支气管上皮以外肺组织也有巢蛋白表达。结论正常鼠胚肺组织内有c-Fos和巢蛋白表达,且巢蛋白的表达只在肺内支气管。缺氧可刺激鼠胚肺组织内c-Fos和巢蛋白的表达。[Objective] To study the expression of c-Fos and Nestin in lung of rats' embryo and the effect of hypoxia in uterus on it. [Methods] The 15d-conceiving female rats were in hypotonic hypoxia in uterus. The lung tissue of rats'embryo was stained double with c-Fos and Nestin, and then the results of double staining were observed and analyzed. [Results] The expression of c-Fos and Nestin in hypoxia group was stronger than that of control group (P〈0.05), and the expression of Nestin was located mainly the epithelium of bronchus in lung. In hypoxia group, the expression of Nestin in lung tissue, except the epithelium of bronchus, was weak. [Conclusion] There is the expression of c-Fos and Nestin in lung of normal rats' embryo. Hypoxia can stimulate the expression of c-Fos and Nestin in lung of rats' embryo.
