两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张(附25例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨两孔法腹腔镜下手助丝线行精索静脉高位结扎术方法和效果。方法采用两孔法腹腔镜下手助丝线结扎精索内静脉25例,共32侧。结果25例手术均成功,手术时间20～52min,平均28min,平均住院时间5.2d。25例随访1～5个月,精子密度、活率、A+B级别及畸形率在术前后差异有显著性。结论两孔法腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术损伤少,痛苦小,康复快,住院时间短,术后无金属异物遗留,适宜于治疗精索静脉曲张,并且能改善精液的质量。[Objective] To investigate the method and effect of high ligation of varicocele under laparoscopy by hand-assised method in 2 holes. [Methods ] 25 cases with varicocele who accepted high ligation by ligature of internal spermatic vein under laparoscopy in 2 holes were studied. [Results] All the 25 cases were cured with success. The operation time was 20-52 min （average 35min）. The average duration of hospitalization was 5.2 days. 25 cases were followed up 1-5 months. There were significant differences between sperm density, motility, A＋B grade and abnormality after and before operation（〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The method has the advantages of little injury, quick recovery and has no metallic forign body left. It is the preferred method for the treatment of varicocele, and it can improve the quality of the sperm.
