腹腔镜治疗婴幼儿腹股沟疝42例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下进行婴幼儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎手术的方法、疗效及优缺点。方法对42例婴幼儿腹股沟疝行腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术病例进行回顾性总结。结果全部病例均成功完成手术,手术时间15￣25min,平均住院1.5d,预后好,无并发症。结论腹腔镜治疗婴幼儿腹股沟疝是一种简单、安全、创伤小且术后恢复快的微创手术方法。[Objective] To investigate the methods, the curative effect and the relative merits of laparoscopic closure of internal orifice of inguinal hernia in infantile patients. [Method] 42 cases inguinal hernia operated by laparoseopie closure of internal orifice were retrospectively summarized. [Results] All the 42 patients were successfully operated. The mean operation time was 15-25 mins. The average length of postoperated stay was 1.5 days. There are no complication and no recurrence. [Conclusion] The results indicate that laparoseopie closure of internal orifice of hernia in infants is a simple ,effective and minimal invasive surgical method.
