摘　　要：职业安全健康管理体系是当今先进的安全管理方法。根据煤矿企业的实际特点,分析了煤矿建立和实施职业安全健康管理体系的必要性和注意事项,讨论了煤矿建立职业安全健康体系的方法。Occupational safety and health management system is an advanced method of safety management today. According to the concrete conditions of coal mine enterprises, the necessity and the points for attention of establishing and actualizing occupational safety and health management system in coal mines are analyzed. The methods establishing occupational safety and health management system in coal mines are also discussed.
