摘 要:用静态法测定了CO、N2、CH4、CO2在NA型络合吸附剂上的平衡吸附,并用吸附柱动态实验装置测定了CO与N2、CH4、CO2二元混合体系以及CO、N2、CH4及CO、CO2、CH4三元混合体系的动态吸附分离性能。实验结果表明,该吸附剂对CO有很高的选择性,与N2和CH4的分离系数较高,对CO2有一定吸附量,但基本不影响CO在该吸附剂上的穿透吸附量。CO与其他组分的分离系数随CO分压的增大而降低。The adsorption equilibrium of CO, N2, CH4 and CO2 on the adsorbent NA were investigated by static method, and the dynamic adsorption behaviors of CO/N2, CO/CH4, CO/CO2, CO/N2/CH4, and CO/ CO2/CH4 on NA were studied with adsorption column. The results showed that the adsorbent NA has excellent selective adsorption for CO. The separation coefficients of CO and N2, CH4 were high. Adsorbent NA could adsorb CO2 slightly, but that does not influence the breakthrough adsorption of CO. The separation coefficient of CO from other components decreases with the partial pressure of CO2 increase.
