磷酸二铵装置管式反应器复杂控制系统的DCS组态

摘　　要：宏福公司的磷铵装置是在厚重钙装置的基础上通过技术改造后形成年产120万吨DAP产品的大型现代化装置，其控制系统采用的是从日本横河机电公司（YOKOGAWA）引进的CENTUM-CS集散型控制系统。本文在介绍该装置中管式反直器部分复杂过程控制系统的基础上，详细描述了这个控制系统的DCS组态及相关参数设定。生产实践表明该系统的DCS组态方案切实可行。The DAP plant in HF Company is a large-scale modern plant through innovation based on original design of GTSP and reaches up 1.2-million-ton annual throughput. The control system is equipped with CENTUM-CS Distributed Control System introduced from Yokogawa Company of Japan. The paper elaborates DCS configuration and related parameters setting on the basis of description of the complex control system applied to the pipe-reactor in DAP plant. And the production practice shows that its feasibility and viability in the DCS configuration scheme.
