摘　　要：围绕宝钢开裂4#氧气球罐的焊接返修,论及15MnVNR的焊接性分析、焊接试验和为焊接返修所进行的焊接工艺评定试验。最终完成了4#氧气球罐多处缺陷的焊接修复,并按期投入使用。Based on weld repair of the crock in the 4^# oxygen spherical tank of BAOSTEEL, we analysis the weld performance, weld test and the technics assess test base on the weld repair of the steel 15MnVNR, at last accomplish the weld repair and put into production on time.
