摘　　要：目的:本文叙述Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻中隔血管瘤的方法和临床体会。方法:用Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻中隔血管瘤103例,根据瘤体的大小,分别采用不同功率,予以烧灼、凝固、凝固加扎除的方法。结果:一次治愈73例,占71%,二次治愈24例,占23%,二次以上6例,占6%,总有效率100%。结论:Nd:YAG激光治疗鼻中隔血管瘤方法简单、微创、安全、有效。Objective：To study the clinical experience of Nd：YAG laser in hemangioma of nasal septum. Methods：By only vaporizing or coagulating with Nd： YAG laser and plus other methods 103 cases of nasal septum hemangioma were treated. Resuits： All the cases are effective. The cure rate on one time is 71 % （73 cases）, 24 cases （23%） were cured in two times,6 cases （6%） were treated in more than two times. Conclusion： The application of Nd： YAG laser in hemangioma of nasal septum is easy to operate and micro-invasive. It is a safe and effective method.
