摘 要:白芦笋的不同筛选株系之间生根能力存有差异;培养温度是影响生根率的关键因素,高温[≥(25±1)℃]不利生根,发根的适宜培养温度为(20±1)℃;低光照强度(≤25mmol·m-2·s-1)对生根不利,适宜的光合光量子通量密度(PPFD)为40μmol·m-2·s-1;PP333、嘧啶醇不能提高试管苗生根率,且浓度过高还会降低生根率和抑制植株生长。The experimental results showed that the rooting abilities of Asparagus officinalis L. were different among individual strains; temperature was the key factor for the rooting rate, high temperature [≥(25±1)℃ ] was disadvantageous to rooting and the optimum temperature was (20±1)℃; lower light intensity ( ≤ 25 μmol.m^-2.S^-1) was also disadvantageous to roofing and the optimum light intensity was 40 μmol.m^-2.s^-1; PP333 and ancymidol couldn't increase the rooting rate, and high concentration of PP333 or ancymidol would cut down the rooting rate and restrain the growth of plant.
