摘  要:CO2浓度提高时,微拟球藻吸收醋酸钠的速率增加2倍。混养生长的藻细胞最大光合作用速率、光合作用效率、无机碳半饱和常数和无机碳饱和的光合作用速率均显著低于光自养条件下生长的。Effects of elevated CO2 on photosynthetic activity and the utilization of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) of Nannochloropsis sp. were studied in this paper. When elevated CO2 reached 2 800 μL.L^-1, the organic carbon uptake increased 2 times compared with that of 350 μL.L^-1 in mixotrophic culture. Light-saturated photosynthetic rate (Pro), photosynthetic efficiency (a), half saturation coefficient (Ku2), and inorganic carbonsaturated photosynthesis rate (Vm) for mixotrophic cells were significantly lower than those of photoautotrophic ones. It indicated that the uptake of acetate by Nannochloropsis sp. required energy, and enhanced CO2 decreased the energy cost for the operation of CO2 concentration mechanism, hence providing more energy for the uptake of organic carbon and accelerating the organic carbon uptake rate.
