摘 要:目的评价UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站两种方法检测尿液中红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)的可比性。方法用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站检测本院287例住院病人晨尿标本,对红细胞和白细胞检测结果进行比较。结果不同人员采用同一方法检测相同标本的RBC、WBC结果均有可比性,但两种方法检测RBC、WBC的阳性率差异均有显著性(均为P<0.001)。结论UF-100尿沉渣分析仪可起到筛检作用,UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与DiaSys(R/S2003)尿沉渣定量分析工作站联合使用,可使尿沉渣分析真正做到标准化、自动化。Objective Comparative study on urine RBC and urine WBC of urinary sediment quantitative analysis by UF-100 automated urinalysis unalyzer and DiaSys urine sediment quantitative analysis workstation(DiaSys). Methods 287 fresh samples of urine from hospitalized patients in our hospital were analyzed by UF-100 automated urinalysis unalyzer and DiaSys urine sediment quantitative analysis workstation(DiaSys).The collected data were dealt with statistics analysis .Results There was significant difference the results of on urine RBC and urine WBC of urinary sediment quantitative analysis between two detection systems(P〈0.O01). Conclusions We must analyse the positive results of UF-100 automated urinalysis unalyzer with microscopic quantitation analysis, Combined use of UF -100 and DiaSys can replenish mutually and achieve standardization, automation.
