摘  要:介绍了一种利用满意度函数实现风电场电能质量的评估方法。满意度是利用模糊数学的概念对目标实现主观评价的方法。该评估方法建立在一种基于CAN总线的风电场实时监测系统的平台上,首先,监测系统的下位机将采集的部分数据及电量计算结果通过CAN总线传到上位机,然后由上位机根据预先设计的满意度函数实现对风电场电能的电能质量分析。该方法应用于广东某风电实时监测系统中,取得了良好效果。An appraisal method using satisfactory function for power quality of the wind plant was proposed. The satisfactory degree is the means to realize the object's subjective appraisal with the idea of fuzzy math. And this method was realized on a realtime supervisory platform based on CAN bus for a wind plant. At first, the partial data and processing results disposed by the sub-layer computer in supervisory system are transmitted by CAN bus to top-layer computer, and then, with the beforehand designing satisfactory function, the power quality' s analysis for the wind power is performed by top-layer computer. This method has been put into operation in a wind power plant in Guangdong and got favorable effects.
