单病种住院费用调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过对某医院20种疾病4791例住院病人住院费用的调查,运用合适的数理统计方法系统地分析了影响病人住院费用的各种因素,结果显示入院情况、疗效、住院天数、性别、年龄等因素对患者住院费用均有不同程度的影响,并在此基础上提出控制医疗费用增长的措施。Investigating the hospital costs of 4791 inpatients who suffered from twenty kind＇ s diseases, and acquiring data were processed with statistical method. As a result, the factors affecting the hospital costs include the hospitalization condition, the eli3cacy, the hospitalization days, gender, age and so on. According to the result, putting forward some advices on how to reduce medical fee.
