摘　　要：外国劳动力是21世纪初俄远东联邦区劳动力市场重要组成部分,其主要特点是:东北亚国家的劳动力占有一定的比例,并以技术含量较低的劳动力为主;外国劳动力分布不均衡。俄远东联邦区引进外国劳动力市场前景广阔,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题。Foreign Labor Force is an important part of labor force market in the federal region of the Far East,its main characteristics are： the labor force of the Northeast Asia countries accounts for a certain percentage, and with a lower level of techniques and an uneven distribution. The federal region has a great potential for importing foreign labor force while there still exist some problems which are not allowed to ignore.
