摘  要:加强医疗设备合同的管理,是搞好医疗设备管理,充分发挥医疗设备在医疗工作中综合效益的重要一环。我院在设备合同的管理过程中,着重做好设备购置的可行性论证。通过需求论证、效益论证和市场论证,为设备的引进和购置决策提供科学依据。合同在产生和完善过程中,做到科学、规范、严谨,发现误差,及时纠正。同时,合同管理人员积极做好沟通协调工作,确保环环紧扣,流程畅通,执行及时、准确、快捷。Enhancing the contract management of medical equipment is of great importance in managing the medical equipment and will exert a profound influence on the medical work. Demonstrating the feasibility of buying the equipment is the most important thing in our hospital. By means of the need demonstration, the benefit demonstration and the market demonstration, we analyze the cost and the benefit of similar equipment, especially the large equipment. Through these work, we seize the running condition and the need degree exactly and avoid such wasteful decisions as buying repeatedly, idleness and low using rate. We can provide scientific evidence for the decision of buying equipment. During the negotiation of contracts, we correct the errors and make every contract become scientific, standardized and precise. At the same time, as a member of contract management, we communicate with other departments actively to ensure the contract be implemented timely, exactly and quickly.
