摘 要:为解决凝胶聚合物电解质制成膜的双电层电容器中,电解质与电极真实表面积接触较差的问题,采用内聚合法制备了以活性炭为电极材料,丙烯腈为聚合单体,ζ(碳酸甲乙酯∶碳酸乙烯酯)=1∶1为增塑剂,高氯酸锂为导电盐的凝胶聚合物电解质双电层电容器。测试结果表明,随着丙烯腈含量的降低,其组成的凝胶聚合物电解质的电导率增大,电容器的比容量也随之增大,当w(丙烯腈)为10%时,室温电导率为9.34×10–3S·cm–1,比容量为24.294F/g。In order to solve the problem of the contact between the gel polymer electrolyte film and electrode, electric double layer capacitors with PAN-based gel polymer electrolytes synthesized in capacitor were made. Activated carbon was used as electrode material, EMC( ethylmethyl carbonate) and EC(ethylene carbonate) were used as plasticizer, LiClO4 (lithium perchlorate) was used as the supporting electrolyte. The result show that with the decrease of content of acrylonitrile (AN), the conductivity of gel polymer electrolyte and the capacitance of capacitor is increasing. When w(AN) is 10 %, the conductivity of the gel polymer electrolyte is 9.34 × 10^-3 S · cm^-1, the capacitance is 24,294 Fig.
