摘　　要：介绍了RPSW/A摆锤示波冲击试验机的基本组成、工作原理及存在的问题,提出了W in-dows平台下通过多功能PCI数据采集卡实现高速数据采集的设想.在此基础上用VB编写了数据采集及处理软件,使该试验机恢复正常,并解决了原机测试系统存在的故障率高、试验数据不易保存、操作烦琐等不足.The construction, principles and existing problems of the RPSW/A pendulum instrumented charpy impact testing machine is introduced. In order to overcome these problems, a proposal is made to accomplish high -speed data acquisition by using multifunction PCI data acquisition card on Windows operating system. Meanwhile, a data acquisition and processing system have been developed with Visual Basic 6.0. Using this application software, the machine＇s functions are restored completely,and some deficiencies such as high failure rates, difficulties in keeping testing data, troublesome operation etc in the old testing system are resolved.
