摘　　要：国务院新的《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》实施后,拆迁补偿价列入了房地产评估业务范畴;评估结果是否客观、公正已成为拆迁当事人乃至全国老百姓关注的焦点,这给估价机构提出一个新的课题。State Department new ＂Urban Housing Units Regulations＂ implemented ,the minimum compensation for the property assessment in operational areas;The results are objective, impartial party and the countryg residents have become the focus of attention, to the valuation of bodies a new task.
