摘　　要：δ-氨基乙酰丙酸是一种广泛存在于生物机体的非蛋白的氨基酸,不仅是一种无毒、无公害、在环境中易降解无残留的绿色农用化学品,还在医学上作为新型的光动力(PDT)治疗药物,用于多种疾病的治疗。本文通过分析不同起始原料化学合成δ-氨基乙酰丙酸工艺方法,探讨了其化学合成工艺及进行实验研究的可能性。δ-Aminolevulinic acid is a non-protein amino acid, which exists widely in the living organism. It is not only a kind of green agrochemicals featuring non-toxicity, easy degradation in environment, but also a novel therapeutic PDT medicine used to treat several kinds of diseases. Through analysis of the preparation methods based on the different raw materials, the research possibility of δ-aminolevulinic acid is discussed.
