摘  要:针对废热回收的有机朗肯循环进行了动态仿真和实验验证.循环工质为R245fa(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷).分别采用移动边界和离散两种方式建立了蒸发器和冷凝器的模型.模型运行结果与实验数据之间的最大误差不超过4%,显示模型能够真实反映实际系统的性能.分析表明,移动边界模型具有比离散模型低的阶次,处理速度较快,更适合于以控制为导向的动态仿真和实时系统仿真,且在系统负荷突变时具有良好的强壮性.This article presented a dynamic simulation and validation of an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system using R245fa (1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane) as organic working fluid for waste heat recovery. The moving boundary model (MB-model) and discretized model (DS-model) of evaporator and condenser were built respectively. The comparison made among the simulation results and experimental data shows that the models can reveal real system performance sufficiently. The analysis shows that MB-model has less number of states than DS-model and more suitable for control-oriented modeling and MB-model is numerically faster than DS-model and very robust to sudden changes of the load of the system.
