摘 要:预测了废热源驱动的有机朗肯循环(ORC)系统在变工况下的性能,循环工质为R245fa(1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷).在经过实验数据验证的模型基础上,对所研究的ORC系统进行了变工况分析.结果表明:充分利用烟气余热,有助于系统性能的提高;对冷凝器中的工质应合理冷却,所研究系统的过冷度在0.5~0.6K为宜;由于夏季环境温度大大高于冬季,所研究系统的输出功偏离额定工况30%以上;根据各地的实际情况,合理选择额定工况设计点,可以改善系统性能,使之四季工作在额定工况点周围,有利于系统有效工作.The performance predictions of organic Rankine cycle (ORC) using R245fa (1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane) as organic working fluid driven by exhaust were presented. Based on the developed and validated modeling program, the thermodynamic performances of an ORC system under disturbance conditions were analyzed. The results show: using exhaust as much as possible is a good way for the improvement of system performance; the degree of sub-cooling at the outlet of condenser should be in an appropriate range, 0.5~0.6 K is appropriate to this cycle; when the temperature of environment is too high, the system export performance would be deteriorate, in the summer the deviation to nominal state would be excess 30% ; and according to the real situation choosing a proper nominal state is a good idea to the efficient working of the system.
