摘  要:利用25个微卫星标记,对以隐性白羽鸡和仙居鸡为亲本建立的F2群体500只鸡进行遗传检测,并测定各个体的活重、屠体重、屠体率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率,采用方差分析法对微卫星DNA标记与屠宰性状进行相关性分析。研究结果表明,各位点平均等位基因数为5,平均杂合度为0.701 2,平均多态信息含量为0.646 8。方差分析结果显示:MCW 0095、ABR0322、ADL289、MCW 4、ADL166、MCW 104和MCW 67对活重、屠体重有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01);MCW 104对屠体率有极显著影响(P<0.01);ABR0322、ADL166和MCW 67对胸肌率差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);MCW 0223和ADL166对腿肌率有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01);ADL136和MCW 67对腹脂率有显著影响(P<0.05)。其他标记对性状的影响未达到显著水平。Twenty five microsatellite markers selected from poultry genome were used to study the genetic diversity in 500 chickens of F2 generation of Recessive White Chicken and Xianju Chicken. Average number of allelic gene, average beterozygosity, and average polymorphism information content were 5,0. 701 2 and 0. 646 8, respectively. Carcass traits such as live weight, dressing weight, dressing percentage, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate and abdominal fat rate of each individual chicken were detected and the linkage between microsatellite DNA markers and carcass traits were analyzed using PROC GLM of SAS 9.0 statistical software. Microsatellite markers MCW0095, ABR0322 ,ADL289, MCW4, ADL166, MCWI04 and MCW67 had significant effects on live weight and dressing weight( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ). MCW104 significantly affected the dressing rate (P 〈0. 01 ). The effects of ABR0322,ADL166 and MCW67 on breast muscle rate were significant( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0. 01). MCW0223 and ADL166 had significant effects on leg muscle rate. And ADL136 and MCW67 cast significant effects on abdominal fat rate. The effects of other markers on carcass traits did not reach significance.
