摘  要:区域水资源可持续利用系统评价是一个涉及区域人口、经济、资源、环境与社会5个子系统的复杂大系统评价问题。文中论述了区域水资源可持续利用系统评价的指标体系的选取,并探讨了用基于实数编码加速遗传算法的改进投影寻踪方法建立的新型等级评价模型,即遗传投影寻踪插值模型(GPPIM),并将其成功地应用于我国南方某区域水资源规划的现状年及各规划水平年的可持续利用系统评价的实例中。System Assessment of regional water resources sustainable utilization, including five sub-systems of regional population, economy, resources, environment and society respectively, is a large complicated system evaluating problem. The selection of the index system for the regional sustainable development of water resources is discussed herein. Furthermore, a new mathematical model, named genetic projection pursuit interpolation model ( GPPIM ), set up based on a modified projection pursuit method of the real-code accelerating genetic algorithm(RAGA) is studied, and then it is successfully applied to the assessment on the system of regional water resources sustainable utilization on the basis of both the year of the status quo and the planninglevel years for a southern region of China as well.
