摘 要:三江拱坝是以外掺MgO加2条诱导缝的方式,利用一个低温季节建成的第一座拱坝。MgO的膨胀性补偿了混凝土的部分收缩,2条诱导缝张开后释放了多余的温度应力。现已经过一个严冬的考验并已蓄水运行,至今未发现裂缝。实践证明,外掺MgO加少量分缝的方式既简化了施工、节省了投资、加快了施工速度,又保证大坝不出现裂缝。文中介绍该坝的应力仿真分析、MgO掺量和分缝方式的选择过程和研究结果。Sanjiang Arch Dam is the first arch dam constructed by MgO micro-expanding concrete with two inducing joints during cold season. In this way, a part of thermal shrink of the concrete is compensated by the expandability of the MgO and the additional thermal stress is released by openings of two inducing joints. After the operation with empty reservoir through a cold winter and the impounding operation at present, no cracks have been observed. The practice shows that the construction mode of using MgO concrete with few construction joints can not only simplify the construction, save investment and speed up the construction, but also can ensure that no cracks will occur on the dam body. The stress simulation analysis, design of MgO content and the selection of layout of the inducing joints on SanJiang Arch Dam are described herein.
