摘　　要：介绍了利用活定位的方法进行多孔冲裁的模具设计特点和生产工艺,经生产检验证明:产品质量达到了图纸要求,且模具结构简单,工人操作方便,灵活,生产效率大大提高,节省了机械加工工时,缩短了生产周期,解决了生产难题,经济效益显著。New process of multi-hole blanking for flexibly locating and blanking die construction are introduced in this paper. The result shows that it is a practical, effective and feasible approach to reduce pieces costa It solves manufacturing problem in this situation too. It has a prevalent economic and extensive social significance in blanking industry.
