摘  要:对于缩口系数小、变形前后壁厚比较大的薄壁管件的缩口成形,一般需多道工序来完成。本文提出一种用局部加热缩口和镦粗的模具结构和成形工艺方法,可在一道工序中得到工件最大的变形程度及要求的局部厚度。用此模具结构及工艺方法,可将金属变形程度提高2~2.5倍。简单分析了模具结构和成形的内在机理,阐述了主要工艺参数及生产中应注意的问题。实践证明,这种模具结构和成形工艺方法简单可靠,对同类制品的成形工艺及模具设计具有一定的借鉴作用。The shrink shape for thin tube with little shrink rate and bigger thickness difference in the distortion generally demands more working procedures. In this paper, a mould structure for shrinking and upsetting by partly heated and shaping technology are put forward, with which the workpiece can obtain maximal distortion and part thickness needed in a working procedure and the degree of metal distortion can increase to 2 or 2.5 times. Mould configuration and shaped principle are simply analyzed, and the primary technical options and questions which need to be noticed in production are pointed out. The experience shows that this mould configuration and shaping process are simple and reliable and have a certain use reference to shaped process and mould design of the similar workpiece.
