摘　　要：目的通过高州市人民医院在构建和谐社会中履行公立医院责任的成效调查,分析医院层面缓解群众看病难、看病贵的可行性。方法统计政府职能部门提供的有关数据,调查医院现有资料和经营情况,设计各种问卷调查表,在不同层面进行调查,所有数据进行统计学分析。结果1．减轻了政府巨额财政负担;2．加快了医院发展步伐;3．提高了患者的满意度,在医院层面缓解了看病难、看病贵。结论只有保持医院健康持续发展,在构建和谐社会中履行公立医院的责任,才能确实做到在医院层面缓解看病难、看病贵。Objective To analyze the feasibility of alleviating the issue of inaccessible and expensive health care on the part of the hospital by studying the effect of carrying out the responsibilities of a public hospital in building a harmonious society by the People＇s Hospital of Gaozhou. Methods Statistical analyses were made of data provided by functional departments of the government and collected through investigations of hospital documentation and management and surveys at various levels with different kinds of questionnaires. Results Huge financial burdens on the government were lightened; the development of the hospital was accelerated; and patient satisfaction was improved, alleviating the issue of inaccessible and expensive health care on the part of the hospital. Conclusion The issue of inaccessible and expensive health care can be genuinely alleviated on the part of the hospital only by maintaining healthy and sustainable hospital development and carrying out the responsibilities of public hospitals in building a harmonious society.
