摘　　要：目的:探讨用“退针法”与“进针法”行腰交感神经节射频消融术治疗下肢缺血性疾病的疗效和安全性。方法:40例下肢缺血性疾病患者随机分成两组,分别应用“退针法”与“进针法”行腰交感神经节射频消融术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果和并发症。结果:两组射频术后患肢SpO2脉搏波幅,疼痛VAS评分和溃疡面积均较术前有明显改善(P<0．05);术后患肢足背皮肤温度比术前升高,但无统计学差异(P>0．05)。“退针法”术后并发症较“进针法”少(P<0．05)。结论:两种不同进针法行腰交感神经节射频消融术治疗下肢缺血性疾病的疗效均佳,而“退针法”更为安全。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ＂backward needle＂ and ＂forward needle＂ for radio frequency ablation of lumbar sympathetic ganglion in the treatment of patients with lower limb ischemia. Methods：Forty patients suffering from lower limb ischemia were randomly divided into two groups. One group was given lumbar sympathetic ganglion with the method of ＂backward needle＂ ,another group was performed with the method of ＂forward needle＂. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results： After operation, the efficacy of SPO2 wave amplitude of pedis, visual analogue scale （VAS） and ulcer area in two groups were significantly improved （P〈0. 05）. The skin temperation was no significant differ ence between the two groups after operation （P〉0. 05）. The complication of ＂backward needle＂ group was significantly higher than that of ＂forward needle＂ group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Two methods of puncture for radio frequency ablation of lumbar sympathetic ganglion in the treatment of patients with lower limb ischemia were excellent, The method of ＂backward needle＂ had higher safety.
