原发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿部分白介素血清水平的研究

摘　　要：目的:检测原发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)患儿血清白介素IL-2、IL-6、IL-12水平的变化,以探讨其发病机制。方法:采用酶免疫吸附法(ELISA)对35例ITP患儿和35例正常对照组儿童血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-12水平进行测定。结果:ITP患儿的血清IL-6水平(125.0±38.3)ng/L,明显高于正常对照组的(84.0±24.5)ng/L,两者具有显著性差异;而血清IL-2和IL-12水平分别为(203.0±98.3)ng/L和(115.0±43.5)ng/L,较正常对照组的(335.0±107.5)ng/L和(213.0±51.2)ng/L为低,具有显著性差异。结论:ITP患者血清白介素水平出现异常,机体存在免疫功能紊乱。Objective： To explore the transformations of serum interleukin-2 （IL-2）, Interleukin-6 （IL-6）, Interleukin-12 （IL-12） in children patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods： All 35 serum samples from the children patients were determined for the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and IL-12 by ELISA assay. At the same time,the 35 serum samples from normal children were tested as the control, Results： The level of serum IL-6 in the patients with ITP was significantly higher （125.0±38.3） ng/L than control group （84.0±24.5） ng/L （P〈0.05）. The levels of both serum IL-2 and IL-12 in the patients with ITP were lower than the controls （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The levels of serum interleukins are unnormal in the children patients with ITP. The children patients with ITP may have disturbance of immune function.
