摘　　要：本文简要回顾了投资项目风险分析的发展过程,总结了国内外研究的新进展,指出了国内研究和应用的不足。为满足国内投资项目风险分析应用实践的需要,提出了改进研究的方向。The dissertation summarizes the development of theory and application of investment project risk analy sis, and points out the shortage in domestic study and application. To meet the need of domestic project risk analy sis, further studies are suggested.
