摘　　要：将同方、维普、万方等全文期刊库缺收核心期刊的现状归结为缺收期刊品种、期刊卷期与文章篇目等三种基本表现形式,认为情报保密、市场竞争、版权纠纷、分工不明与沟通不够是全文期刊库缺收核心期刊的主要原因,提出了提高全文期刊库的核心期刊收全率的应对措施。The content missing problems of Tongfang, Weipu and Wanfang Databases mainly consist of three forms, missing of periodical titles, missing of volumes and missing of articles. The paper summarizes the reasons causing the problems as keeping information secrets, market competition, copyright issue, unclear responsibility and lack of communication. It also points out the countermeasures to solve the content missing problems of the full-text core journals databases.
