摘　　要：本文介绍了近年来出现的以FOTA(固件更新)技术为代表的MDM(移动设备管理)发展现状,主要研究了基于OMA(开放移动联盟)标准的FOTA技术框架和一些关键技术特征,最后对FOTA在中国移动市场所面临的问题进行了分析。This paper introduced the current development of MDM （mobile device management） which is represented with FOTA （firmware over the air） appeared in recent years, mainly research on the framework of FOTA based on OMA standards, as well as several critical technology is concerned. Finally, the paper gives some analysis of the problems that FOTA has been faced in China mobile communication market,
