摘　　要：选取衡量城市实力的四类指标,用聚类分析方法,确定与广州处于同一级别的中心地城市;用主成分分析法提取影响主因子,采用影响力指数计算2004年广州腹地的断裂点,并结合流态分析,将广州城市腹地划分为包括广东、广西、湖南、云南、贵州、四川、海南在内的直接腹地以及包括重庆、江西、福建和湖北在内的竞争腹地。其范围与泛珠江三角洲的省区基本相当。然后用同样方法计算广州1985、1994年的断裂点,比较改革开放近20年来广州城市腹地的变化,分析了变化的原因;最后,探讨了未来广州腹地拓展的策略,并认为推进泛珠江三角洲一体化建设对拓展广州腹地具有重要意义。The article selected four kinds of indexes for assessing the strength of cities, applied the cluster analysis for determining the central place in the same level with Guangzhou. Then, it selected the principal factors by principal component analysis, and calculated the influencing boundary of Guangzhou city using the influence index. According to the flows analysis, the hinterland of Guangzhou city which correspond with the pan - pearl river delta, divided into the direct hinterland and the competitive hinterland, the former includes Guangdong, Guungxi , Hunan, Yunnan, Siehuan, Guizhou and Hainan, and the latter comprise Chongqing, Jiangxi, Fujian and Hubel. Then the paper defined the hinterland boundary of Guangzhou city in 1985 and 1994, respectively, compared the changes of hinterland of Guangzhou city in recent 20 years and analyzed the force of the changes. Lasfly, based on the background of hinterland expansion of Guangzhou, we broughi forth the means to expand the hinterland of Guangzhou city, showed that the development of pan - pearl river delta has important impact on the hinterland expansion of Guangzhou.
