摘　　要：山西焦煤集团公司不同煤层的煤炭质量差别大,原选煤工艺不适应煤质的不断变化,产品不能满足市场需求;根据原煤煤质特点,调整选前或选后的配煤比例,并选用不同方案的重介质旋流器选煤工艺,同时采用先进的大型、高效设备,对原有洗选工艺进行技术改造,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,为集团公司的可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。Great difference existed between different coal seams at Shanxi Coking Coal Group,existing coal cleaning process un-suitable to meet the varying coal quality,coal products thence unsatisfied with market demand;based on the special features of coal quality,the existing cleaning process converted by:regulating the blending proportion before or after cleaning,employing different option of HM cycloning process and high-efficient equipment of large throughput;remarkable economic and social benefit achieved and a solid basis established for sustainable development of the Group Co.
