摘　　要：在地面计量流程中应用除砂器时,要根据油气井的钻井录井资料和井口取样分析来选择除砂罐内滤网的规格,并根据该井的实际情况选择更换滤网的时间。在更换滤网时,要按正确的操作步骤进行泄压,确定除砂罐内的压力泄尽后,才能打开除砂罐上端的顶盖,进行更换。When a sand separator is used in the surface metering process, the size of the filter screen must be chosen in accordance with the drilling data and logging data. It is the practical situation of the well that determine the time to replace the filter screen. Execute the correct operational procedure to release pressure when replace the filter screen. Make sure the pressure in the tank of the sand separator was released to zero, then open the top cap on the upper end of the tank to replace the filter screen.
