摘 要:选择甘蓝型油菜9个黄籽材料作母本、10个黑籽材料作父本,按NCⅡ法配制杂交组合,考查了亲本及其杂种F1的单株产量、千粒重、蛋白质和含油量。利用AFLP、SSR、SRAP标记技术对亲本材料进行分析。结果表明,基于遗传距离的UPGMA聚类法可将19个亲本材料分为3个组,黄籽材料与黑籽材料分类明显。普通遗传距离与4个性状的杂种表现及杂种优势相关不明显,但用阳性位点计算的特殊遗传距离与4个性状的杂种表现及杂种优势除千粒重外都呈显著相关,但决定系数较小,不能用于杂种优势预测。To investigate the relationship between genetic distance and hybrid performance and heterosis, AFLP, SSR and SRAP markers were employed to detect the genetic diversity of 9 yellow-seeded lines and 10 black-seeded lines in Brassica napus L. from different origins. Hybrids were produced in a NCII mating design. Results indicated that 19 parent lines could be divided into three groups by UPGMA. The general genetic distance (GGD) showed nocorrelations to the hybrid performance and heteresis on yield per plant, 1000-seed weight and contents of protein and oil, however, the special genetic distance (SGD) showed positive correlations to them. The determination coefficients (r2) were low. It appeared to be unsuitable for using the genetic distance based on AFLP, SSR and SRAP markers to predict hybrid performance and heterosis in Brassica napuus L..
