摘 要:对稻种原种常规繁育方法(三圃制)进行了6年(1999~2004)研究,并作了大量的改进,提出了稻种“穗系标准化繁育”原种的新方法,即“单穗选择,以穗为系,单本栽培,穗系比较,田间目测,整系去劣,混系繁殖”28字新方法。原种繁出来后进行快速繁殖,品系比较.区域试验,多点鉴定,示范推广。研究结果显示,云恢188、云恢290、滇优香1号。3个品种采用“穗系标准化繁育”与常规的“三圃制”繁育相比较,纯度分别达99.47%、99.93%、98.12%。原种繁出来后在云南7~10个不同生态条件下进行区域比较,试验结果:3个品种的产量分别提高了1.12%、0.97%、1.04%,其它农艺性状无明显差别。实践证明,采用“穗系标准化繁育”比“三圃制”繁育,大大简化了良种繁育程序,提高了良种繁育的纯度,提高了效率,延长了优良品种的应用推广年限。Based on a 6 year-study on the traditional method of rice foundation seed multiplication (3 plots system), the standardized head-line multiplication method was proposed.The key points of the new method are selecting the desired flee head as a head line,planting with single seedling, comparing the lines by eyes in the field, eliminating the undesired lines, bucking the seeds of desired lines. Three varieties, ‘ Yunhui188', ‘ Yunhui290' and‘ D ianyouxiangl # ', were tested. The results indicated, cmnpared with‘ plots system', the standardized head-line method inproved the seed quality,the seed purities increased up to 99.93% ,99.47% and 98.12% ,respectively. The yields of the varieties from stock seeds increased 1.12% ,0.97% and 1.04% respectively in a regional test at 7 - 10 sites in Yunnan province. It was proved that the ptoposed method simplified the seed multiplication program, increased seed purity and multiplication efficiency, and prolonged the utilization cycle of elite varieties.
