滇黄芩体胚诱导与植株再生

摘　　要：以附加2％蔗糖的MS为基本培养基，添加不同的植物激素，进行滇黄芩体胚诱导与植株再生。结果表明：叶柄及不带腋茎段在含NAA0．2～1mg／L的培养基中可诱导愈伤组织；茎尖及带腋茎段在6-BA（或KT）0．5mg／L＋IBA0．5mg／L培养基中诱导胚状体和芽丛，在6-BA（或KT）0．05mg／L＋IBA 0．1mg／L培养基中增殖小植株；在1／2MS＋IAA 1mg／L＋3％蔗糖培养基中能产生带2～3级根的壮根；所有培养需附加1％琼脂粉，克服玻璃化现象。Somatic embryo induction and plantlet regeneration of SScutellaria amoena C. H. Wright on MS medium supplemented with 2% sucrose and different the plant homones.The results showed： （i）calli were induced in the medium‘MS ＋ NAA 0.2 - 1 mg/L＇ using leaf stalk and stem without axillary buds, （ii） embryoid and shonts were induced in the medium‘MS ＋ 6-BA（或KT）0.5 mg/L ＋ 1BA0.5 mg/L＇ and seedling multiplied in the medium ‘MS ＋ 6-BA（或KT）0.05 mg/L ＋ IBA0.1 mg/L＇ using stem apex and stem with axillary buds, （iii）roots with the second or third order were induced in the medium‘1/2 MS ＋ IAA 1 mg/L＇ adding 3 % sucrose, （iv）in order to eliminate vitrification, all the medium have to add 1% agar.
