摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯的和掺杂铈的TiO2纳米粒子,并利用XRD和UV-VIS对其进行表征,且在紫外光下,以甲基橙的光催化降解为模型反应,考察了TiO2纳米粒子的光催化活性和不同Ce掺杂量对光催化活性的影响。结果表明,Ce的掺杂抑制了锐钛矿晶粒的生长,并使TiO2纳米粒子的光谱响应范围拓展到可见光区,掺杂Ce的摩尔分数为0.05%时,TiO2纳米粒子具有最佳的光催化活性。The pure and Ce doped TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a sol-gel method with Ti(OBu) 4 as raw material and characterized by XRD and UV-VIS, and the photocatalytic activities of the prepared samples and the effect of doped Ce content on activities were investigated by the photoeatalytie degradation of methyl orange under ultraviolet light. The results showed the dopant Ce greatly inhibited the increase of erystaUite size and it can extend the light response of TiO2 nanopartieles to the visible region, and the photocatalytic activity of 0.05% Ce(in mole) doped TiO2 nanopartieles is the best of all the prepared samples.
