摘 要:物探气动冲击钻头本体失效的主要形式有:冲击端面的疲劳破坏;花键的塑性变形、压溃剥落;钻头本体的磨损。钻头本体失效,一方面导致能量传递效率下降,另一方面导致钻头牙齿的脱落,危害很大。选择低碳超高强度钢22SiMnNi2CrMoA作为新型钻头本体材料,经试验研究.确定其最佳的热处理工艺为:锻造毛坯、均匀化处理及退火、890℃淬火、300℃回火。最佳淬硬层深度范围为:1.8—2.0mm。经过热处理后,其强度、硬度和冲击韧性都接近或高于国外钻头,且明显高于国内钻头。The major forms of the invalidation of the mainbody of the pneumatic percussive drill bit for geophysical research: the fatigue breakdown of the transverse plane,the plastic distortion and the pressed flake of the spline,the abrasion of the mainbody of the drill bit.The mainbody invalidation did great harm by decreasing the energy transfer efficiency and leading to the desquamation of the teeth of the drill bit.The super high-strength-and-low-carbon steel 22SiMnNi_2CrMoA was chosen for the material of the mainbody.Based on the experiment,the best heat treatment of the 22SiMnNi_2CrMoA was ultimately confirmed as follows: forging blank,homogenizing,annealing,quenching at 890℃ and Tempering at 300℃.The best depth of the quench-hardened range was between 1.8-2.0mm.Heat treated,the strength,hardness and anti-impact flexibility of the material 22SiMnNi_2CrMoA was higher than dom and close to the overseas,or even better.
