摘 要:受制造成本限制,中小排量摩托车发动机很难采用三效催化转化器与闭环电控燃油喷射系统的组合进行排放的有效控制.为此,通过化油器燃油供给特性的调整及燃烧室与进排气道结构优化,采用二次空气喷射系统和催化转化器,运用曲轴箱闭式通风装置减低曲轴箱窜气污染物,将现行生产的各种化油器式中小排量摩托车排气污染物控制在GB14622-2002排放限值内,实现摩托车发动机排放控制的强化.It is very difficult for small and medium sized motorcycle engine to use the combination of closed-loop control electronic fuel injection system and three-way catalytic converter for emission controlling due to the high cost. In order to strengthen emission controlling of the carburetor motorcycle engines, the metering characteristics of carburetor are adjusted, combustion chamber as well as intake and exhaust ducts are further optimized, and secondary air injection system and oxidation type catalytic converter are developed, and moreover a simplified positive crankcase ventilator is employed to eliminate the gas blowby from crankcase. It is verified by test cycle testing that pollutant emissions of the carburetor motorcycle engines can be effectively controlled within the emissions limits by taking the above technical approaches.
