摘　　要：采用描述性分析方法,从5个方面(卫生人力、财政补助、固定资产、经济运营、医疗服务利用)对湖北省县级医疗机构现状进行了分析,提出县级医院应立足县城,面向乡村,以发展农村医疗服务为己任,并针对性地提出了当前县级医院进一步深化改革的建议。The author analyses the present condition of health institutions at county level in Hubei Province by the method of descriptive analysis, and points out hospitals at country level should be geared to the needs of the country, aiming to develop rural medical services. Also some tactics and measure to further deepen the reform are also Put forward.
