摘　　要：通过对湖北省新型农村合作医疗管理人员配置状况的分析,认为新型农村合作医疗管理机构人员的配置应考虑当地的参合人数现状及趋势、经济发展水平、人口数量和新型农村合作医疗的有关政策,坚持因地制宜、管理高效率、人员高素质、专业和知识结构合理的原则。This paper analyses the status of disposal of administrative personnel in management organization of the NCMS in Hubei Province, the result shows that the personnel disposal should consider many factors, such as： the population of joining in the NCMS and its tendency, the economy situation, the population and the relative policy, And the disposal principle should consider choosing a person for a job, high effective management, and reasonable construction of the specialty and the knowledge.
