摘　　要：目的:了解威海市农村居民就诊机构的选择情况,分析其影响因素。方法:利用入户调查资料,采用多项式Logistic回归分析。结果:到村卫生室就诊的患者占52.6%,县医院占17.3%,乡镇卫生院占15.1%,三者合计为85.0%;选择就诊机构主要原因是距离近(64.5%)和价格低(68.7%);居民选择不同就诊机构的主要影响因素是消费结构和健康状况。结论:加强农村基层医疗机构的建设;切实解决贫困人口的医疗保障问题。Objective ： To analyze the rural residents＇ choice of health institutions and its influencing factors in Weihai City, Methods： Data was from household survey and multinomial logistic regression was used. Results： There were 52.6% of the outpatients receiving medical services at village clinics, 17.3% at county hospitals, and 15.1% at township hospitals, 85.0% in total; the main reasons of choosing health institutions were short distance （64.5%） and low price （68.7%）; factors that influenced the choice of health institutions were mainly consumption structure and health status. Conclusions ： Strengthen the construction of primary health institutions; solve the medical security problems of poverty population earnestly.
