摘 要:以3个转双价抗虫基因水稻种质与5个非抗虫恢复系材料为亲本,按NC II设计配制杂交组合,分析7个产量性状的配合力。结果表明:(1)所考查性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达显著或极显著水平,其中株高、有效穗、穗长和每穗粒数等性状以加性效应为主,千粒重、结实率和单株产量等性状受基因的非加性效应影响较大。(2)非抗虫恢复系对杂种一代的性状形成起主要作用。(3)亲本各性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力之间没有明显的对应关系,一般配合力与亲本自身的表现值则有一定的相关性,说明在育种研究中必须注意亲本自身性状的改良。Three transgenic rice varieties with Bt and sck gene - line india hybrid rice were selected as parents to analyze the eo germplasms and five restoring lines of three mbining ability of 7 yield characters by the way of p × q incomplete diallele cross (NCII) design. The results showed that ( 1 ) both general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining ability(SCA) of all the yield characters were significant at the level of 5% or 1% ;the additive variation was principal for the yield characters of plant height(PH), effective panicles/plant(EPP) ,panicle length(PL) and totle grains/panicle(TGP) ,while non additive variation was greater for the yield characters of 1 000 -grain weight( 1 000 GW), setting ratio(TR) and grain weight/plant(GWP) ; (2) all the yield characters were more greatly influenced by restorer line than by transgenie rice with Bt and sck genes; (3) effects of various characters on the GCA and SCA were not significantly related to each other, which suggested that it is essential to pay attention to improvement of the parent characters.
