摘　　要：在虚拟制造组织环境下,盟员企业之间的协作关系是影响虚拟制造组织运作的重要因素.由于影响协作关系的因素由自然语言描述,无法直接定量分析,因此提出了利用模糊层次分析法来定量地评价3种主要盟员企业协作关系(合同转包、实例转移和松散连接)优劣的方法.并以制造订单性质、市场竞争环境以及盟员企业商誉对协作方式选择的影响为例,说明了协作关系优劣的评判过程及评判结果.In virtual manufacturing organization environment, coordination-relation ways among the member enterprises are important factors influencing virtual manufacturing organization operation. Since, the factors influencing coordination-relation are depicted by natural language and can＇t be assessed directly, the method of using fuzzy AHP, which quantitively assesses the three coordination-relation ways （subcontracting, ease transfer and loose joint）, was provided. Only by considering the property of make-order, environment of market competition, and credit of membership, the process and result of coordination-relation assessment were validated.
