妊高征患者血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体、β_2微球蛋白水平变化

摘　　要：通过对５９例妊高征患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ、β_２ｍ的检测，发现妊高征患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ、β２ｍ水平明显高于正常孕妇及正常非孕妇，且随病情加重而逐渐升高，提示妊高征发病机制与免疫增强有关。The serum levels of sIL-2R and β_2m were determined in patients with PIH-syndrome(n = 59). The results showed that the levels of serum slL-2R and β_2m in patient with PIH-syndrom were higher than those in normal late pregnant women and increased with the severity of disease.The findings suggested immunologic function in patients with PIH-syndrome was enhanced.
